Crocheena's Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery
Standard Orders: Delivery takes 5–7 business days within Cairo, Giza & Alex, and up to 9 business days for all other governorates.
Pre-Orders & Customised Orders: Please allow 15–30 business days for production and delivery, as each piece is handcrafted with care.

Payment for Custom Orders
Custom-made orders require a 50% deposit before production begins.
The remaining 50% must be paid before your order is shipped.
Payments can be made securely via Instapay.

Open Package Policy
We offer an open package policy for standard products only, allowing you to inspect your order before accepting it.
This policy does not apply to customised items.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the courier has left after delivery.
Due to the handmade nature of our customised products, custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
